Our aim is to ensure that all of our landlord clients are clear on the current statutory requirements involved with letting a property.
Residential Property Management
The busier you are, the less time you will have to manage your let. Sometimes you may be out of reach or even out of the country when an emergency happens. That’s where Lighthouse Lettings property management services fit in.
We will take away any worries you might have about managing the property or the tenancy. We will provide you with a dedicated property manager who you can trust will meet your tenant’s expectations and will ensure your property is well maintained.
Your property manager will get to know your property inside and out, and will be on hand if an emergency should occur either during office hours or out of hours with our dedicated smart phone emergency App or via Social Media links which we provide to all tenants.
Before the tenancy we can help prepare the property for rental. Once the tenant has moved in, we will manage the property day-to-day and conduct regular safety checks to ensure the property complies with current legislation.
When repairs are needed we will select the best person from our large group of approved contractors to ensure a reliable service, good value and workmanship. Your tenants will be happy and your property kept up to a good standard. We can also help you plan for future improvements on the property, advising you of the returns you could expect to achieve as a result.
Throughout the duration of the tenancy, we will stay in close contact with you, conducting regular inspections on your behalf and providing you with updates. We will visit your property at least twice a year. And, of course, we will deal with serving notices and advise you on any legal aspect relating to the tenancy and your obligations as a landlord.
